Top End Seeds have been involved in revegetation projects in Northern Australia for over 30 years. We have extensive experience in the harvesting, processing and storage of seeds.

We harvest and store seeds from a large range of northern Australian native species, including trees, shrubs, grasses and herbs. All seed is cleaned to industry standard and is fumigated prior to being stored in our temperature and humidity controlled seed store.

Most species can be supplied in bulk but pre-ordering is essential when ordering large quantities.

See Tree and Shrub seed Price List for a list of commonly collected species, if you can not find what you require we may be able to collect to order.

Provenance collection

Top End Seeds can cater for project specific orders as required; collecting seed from the local area and/or as close to the revegetation site as possible.

Seed Testing

Regular independent seed testing is conducted to ensure that seed is of the highest quality possible. ISTA Seed Germination certificates can be supplied on request.

Native Grass

A large range of native grass species are available (see Native Grass Seed Price List). Grass seed is harvested December-May each year. To ensure supply it is essential to order by December.

Wet Season species

These species are generally soft fruited and have short viability. They are only collected to order and must be germinated immediately once the order is received. Orders need to be made by November. (See Wet Season Species)

Note to WA people: There are quarantine implications when seed is sent to Western Australia. Please contact us for details.
